Światełko dla sądów – Europo nie odpuszczaj

Zapraszamy wszystkich, którym los naszej ojczyzny nie jest obojętny, na demonstrację przed Sąd Okręgowy w Krakowie w obronie niezawisłości sędziów i niezależności sądownictwa. Teraz rozstrzyga się, czy Komisja Europejska zaskarży do Trybunału Sprawiedliwości ustawę o Sądzie Najwyższym sprzeczną ze standardami państwa prawa. Komisja musi jednak widzieć także determinację Polaków w obronie własnych instytucji. Pokażmy, że jesteśmy zdeterminowani.
W lipcu złożyliśmy zobowiązanie wobec sędziów, że nie zostawimy ich samych. Dzisiaj są poddawani szykanom.

We invite all those who are not indifferent to the future of this country to participate in our demonstration to be staged in front of the Regional Court in Kraków in defence of the independence of Poland’s judiciary and legal system. The European Commission is currently deliberating whether to take the new Supreme Court Act, which is considered contrary to the rule of law, to the Court of Justice of the European Communities. But the Committee must also see how determined the Poles are in the defence of their own institutions. Let us show to the world that we are truly determined. In July we made a promise to our judges never to leave them alone. They are suffering harassment now. Please arrive in front of the Regional Court on June 8, 19:00.
